At URMIL, every product is custom-made on order with utmost care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

  • Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • Products purchased on sale/discount cannot be returned or exchanged. It can only be altered depending on the limitations of the existing product and a pre decided cost which will be shared once the alteration request is raised with us over email at urmilrp@gmail.com. This only depends on whether the garment has enough allowance for alterations

2. Damaged or Defective Products

While we take great care in quality control and packaging, if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective or incorrect

Please contact us at urmilrp@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Video of you unpacking the parcel very clearly showing the parcel initially unopened from all sides and then opening.

We will review your case and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement (if applicable and at our discretion).
