Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with URMIL. As all our products are custom-made with care and craftsmanship, we follow a made-to-order model. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • All URMIL products are custom-made and require time for production.

  • All International and Domestic Orders are shipped within 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of order confirmation.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India: We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • International Shipping: International Shipping on actual basis.

3. Delivery Time

  • Shipping within India: After the dispatch, delivery may take 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shipping: After the dispatch, delivery may take 7-15  business days depending on the country.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, public holidays, etc.) are beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email and/or SMS.

  • You can use the provided link to track your package in real time.

5. Packaging

We ensure all products are packed securely with care to prevent damage during transit.

6. Order Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond 4 weeks, please contact us at urmilrp@gmail.com with your order number.

  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, we will coordinate with the shipping provider and ensure resolution.

  • It is important to note that URMIL holds no responsibility for non-delivery arising from unsettled duty or tax charges. Regrettably, we will not be able to provide a refund in such instances.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete information.
